I’m still trying to get rid of this cold and figured it was time to give up on the hot toddy’s and try something a bit more healthy. What can be more healthy than fresh squeezed juice! I’m not talking OJ, but lots of green leafy veggies full of vitamins and everything good for you.
I basically used Dr. Oz’s recipe for his green drink, minus the lime and I added two large kale leaves. I also put everything in the juicer instead of the blender. You can find Dr. Oz’s recipe here.
The juice was really nice and refreshing. I would make this everyday for breakfast if it wasn’t such a pain to clean my juicer. Next time I’ll try it in the blender.
