I recently purchased a jar of Hamptons Honey Company raw and unprocessed orange blossom honey. I’ve become totally obsessed with it and I want to put it on everything! I came across this recipe for a Honey Roasted Onion Tart in Bon Appetit. I pretty much followed the recipe, but i did not add nutmeg and I used dried thyme instead of fresh. I love anything with puff pastry and caramelized onions and this was no exception. It is very rich with the combination of the creamy crème fraîche and buttery puff pastry, but overall very tasty!
